Description
Founded in 2008 by firearm enthusiasts, Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) began by manufacturing muzzle devices and rigorously testing their compensators on various rifles, from M4s to AK-47s. Through extensive high-round count testing, they discovered a significant difference in maintenance requirements between the platforms. This realization led to the development of the PWS long stroke piston system retaining the core principles of the AR-15 design while reducing maintenance needs in high-volume fire situations and harsh conditions.
