Our mounts, like most, begin as separate components. We meticulously manufacture the bases and caps in controlled batches, ensuring high-quality at every step. While many manufacturers fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and simply assemble them, we take additional steps to enhance our product's performance. Once the parts return from anodizing, we fully assemble them and secure them in-specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to exact specifications using custom spacers, allowing the rings to securely grip the optic. After this assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, ensuring precise alignment and fit. Each mount is then subject to thorough quality control checks before being packaged with care, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been finished to perfection.
